We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks, receiving and shipping products, accurately picking customer orders, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift and/or electric pallet jack.
- Accurately pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory for accuracy.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently while following all safety procedures.
- Lift, stack, wrap, and palletize products as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse at all times.
- Follow all company policies, warehouse procedures, and OSHA safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory control and report any discrepancies.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous forklift and warehouse experience is REQUIRED.
- Experience with order picking, receiving inventory, and loading/unloading trailers.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, stack, and palletize materials throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and workplace safety.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
