This role plays an essential part in supporting both the kitchen and dining room teams, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. What You’ll Do
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Assist the dining room team by clearing and resetting tables promptly to maintain a polished dining environment.
- Support the flow of service by ensuring the kitchen and service stations remain organized and fully stocked.
- Uphold the restaurant’s high standards for cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dining areas.
- Work collaboratively with chefs, servers, and managers to ensure efficient operations during service.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
