Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender, where your energy and passion for service will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will craft and serve beverages with precision and flair, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your expertise in food and drink presentation, combined with excellent customer service skills, will elevate the atmosphere of our lively venue. We are heavy on the sports here as well so having sports knowledge isn’t necessary but definitely an advantage!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using our Toast POS system
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and upsell menu items to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and payments.
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving practices in compliance with alcohol regulations.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods while maintaining high-quality service.
- Uphold all safety standards related to food safety, food handling, and beverage preparation in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as toast and tabit.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and provide personalized service.
- Knowledge of food industry standards related to food safety, food handling, retail math, and hospitality practices.
- Experience working in the brewing or food service industry is advantageous.
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus for managing large groups efficiently.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
