- Lead multiple public construction projects simultaneously
- Oversee project managers, engineers, and field teams
- Manage procurement, budgets, schedules, and client communication
- Review and negotiate subcontract agreements
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain compliance with governmental regulations and reporting requirements
- Support business development and client retention efforts
