Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients
- Assist with patient intake and basic therapies
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist during appointments
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
