- Compensation: $18.00 – $26.00 / hour (Based on experience, schooling, & market rates)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist & Learn: Work directly under the supervision of a Licensed Journeyman to install wiring, conduit, fixtures, and electrical panels.
- Material Management: Gather, organize, and prep the necessary tools, materials, and equipment for the day's projects.
- Site Prep & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Measure, cut, and bend conduit as directed.
- Vehicles/Equipment: to safely operate equipment including digging equipment, trencher, aerial lifts (scissor, boom), and pull trailers behind vehicles.
What You Bring to the Team
- Liscensing: Active Apprentice Electrician card/registration with the state (or willingness to register immediately). Valid driver’s license.
- Mindset: A strong desire to learn, the ability to take direction well, and a solid work ethic (showing up on time, every day, ready to work).
- Basics: Familiarity with basic hand & power tools. High school diploma or GED preferred. Current enrollment in an electrical education program or prior apprentice experience preferred.
- Requirements: Reliable transportation to job sites. Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably in tight spaces or varying weather conditions.
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
