Swings and Weekends!!
KT&T Ventures is looking for caring, dedicated, and responsible staff to provide supported living services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting. Hours available include Weekend AM and PM shifts, Swing shifts. Wage starts at 16.50 per hour plus quarterly performance based bonuses.
Benefits including health, dental, and personal leave are available after 1 year.
Job duties include providing day to day supervision to the individuals in the home, providing assistance with daily living skills, running skill and behaviorally based programs, and assisting with in home and community activities. This is a fun, flexible and rewarding job!

- Reading, writing, and carrying out directions
- Charting goals and progress for others to review
- Providing companionship and supportive listening
- Reporting changes in the health or status of the client
- Responding to emergency situations
- Administering medication
- Transporting client to appointments
- Facilitating community and recreational outings, including transport
- Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills for interacting with individuals in need of support
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
- Knowledge of behavioral health and behavior management techniques
Valid driver's license for transportation needs is best but not required
