POSITION TITLE: PowerWasher/Painter
LOCATION: Northern Region Mass
DESCRIPTION:
Nouria Energy is a fast paced, fast growing retail and wholesale petroleum company operating over 180 locations from Maine into Connecticut with a corporate office located in Worcester, MA. We are seeking a motivated Painter who can work autonomously and ensure c-stores stores throughout the company network stays maintained by completing work orders administered by the Maintenance Manager. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Candidates must be able to independently carry out the duties and responsibilities listed below at a satisfactory level.
· Provide Imaging services to the Nouria locations your manager assigns you tasks needed to be performed.
· Perform general Painting, power washing, light carpentry, and other handyman skills needed to complete assigned jobs.
· Always maintain a high level of professionalism while working with other store employees or dealing with customers on site.
· Flexibility to travel and possibly staying overnight if the job deems necessary.
· Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
· Work out of company vehicle that you are responsible to maintain and keep clean, including provided tools and equipment.
Requirements: Power-washer
- 3 years of power-washing experience (residential, commercial, or retail environments).
- · Ability to safely operate gas-powered and electric pressure washing equipment.
- · Understanding of proper pressure settings for various surfaces, including concrete, brick, metal, wood, siding, and painted surfaces.
- · Ability to identify and prevent damage caused by improper washing techniques.
- · Experience cleaning building exteriors, sidewalks, fuel islands, parking areas, dumpster pads, and other high-traffic surfaces.
Requirements: Painter
- 5+ years of painting experience (residential, commercial, or retail environments).
- Sharp eye for detail
- Proficient with brush, roller, and spray-painting techniques.
- Skilled in surface preparation and high-detail finish work, including drywall repair and cutting in.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation/ willingness to travel throughout our New England footprint
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work on ladders as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications a plus.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· High School diploma required.
· 3+ years in construction trades or facility management position that includes, not limited to, painting, power washing, light carpentry, and other imaging skills.
JOB RELATED SKILLS
· Time management skills with ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications currently utilized by Nouria Energy
· Ability to lift 50lbs
· Ability to climb ladders including heights of 24 feet.
· Ability to work on an aerial lift.
Salary will be based upon individual’s experience level and ability. A wide range of benefits are offered.
