Job Responsibilities
A Crew Member is required to work alongside field associates and in collaboration with the office staff to complete jobs in an efficient manner.
This job entails varying facets of bioengineering, erosion control and native zone establishment. Weather conditions may vary as work will be completed outdoors. Proper work attire is necessary to meet these needs. Some items such as company work shirts and waders may be provided.
The crew you will typically consists of 3-5 employees. This is a physical job. Examples of work include: installing Erosion Control Blanket on sideslopes, using weed trimmers and other heavy gas-powered hand tools, installing signage and bird box posts and more. Candidates must be able to lift up to fifty pounds. You must have the self motivation to stay on track to finish jobs in a timely and efficient manner. All jobs will be discussed prior to work beginning and expectations will be laid out to you via communication with the office.
Requirements:
-Communication skills
-Landscaping knowledge
-Use of power tools and hand tools
-Valid Drivers License and willingness to drive company vehicles to and from jobsites
-High school diploma or equivalent
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
