JOB TITLE: Dishwasher
CONTRACT DURATION: 13 Weeks – Temp to Hire Opportunity
LOCATION: Medina, Ohio 44256
PAY: $15/hr
SHIFT: Full Time | Onsite
5 shifts per week, 8.5-hour shifts | 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Every other weekend required
ONBOARDING TIME: Expect 2–3 weeks between offer to start date

Job Description and Requirements:
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within the kitchen and food service areas. This role supports daily operations by cleaning dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment while ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
This is a fast-paced position that requires standing for extended periods, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, trays, and kitchen equipment
· Operate dishwashing equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and food service areas
· Follow sanitation, infection prevention, and food safety standards
· Dispose of waste and assist with maintaining clean workspaces throughout the kitchen
· Restock clean dishes, utensils, and supplies as needed
· Assist kitchen staff with general cleaning duties and support food service operations
· Ensure all equipment and work areas remain clean, safe, and operational
· Perform duties in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Job Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
· Ability to stand for extended periods of time throughout the shift
· Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment
· Ability to follow sanitation, safety, and infection prevention guidelines
· Strong attention to detail and reliability
· Ability to work every other weekend
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous hospital, healthcare, cafeteria, restaurant, or food service experience
· Experience operating commercial dishwashing equipment
· Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Requirements (due at time of phone screen with recruiter):
· Resume with last seven years of work history if applicable - all work history gaps of 90+ days must be explained
· Upcoming requested time off for the duration of the contract
· Interview availability for the next 7–10 days
