WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Respond to service requests promptly, completing work to a Class A standard with care for the resident's home
- Assist with make-ready unit preparation — turning homes that are truly move-in ready, not just checked off
- Support daily amenity checks: fitness center equipment, outdoor spaces, common areas — ensuring everything is functional, clean, and presentation-ready
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on schedule
- Assist with grounds and curb appeal
- Participate in on-call rotation
WHO YOU ARE
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience; multifamily preferred
- General trade skills in plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and drywall/paint
- EPA 608 certification preferred; willingness to obtain if not yet certified - company pays for certification course and exam
- Professional appearance and demeanor — you represent the community in every interaction, company provides uniforms shirts, safety shoes and winter gear
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely takes pride in their environment
