Bartender (Part-Time)
Hoya Hop House Brewing Co.
Hoya Hop House is a craft brewery focused on creative beer, thoughtful cocktails, and a welcoming community space. We’re looking for a part-time bartender who’s passionate about hospitality, knows their way around both craft beer and cocktails, and enjoys engaging with guests.
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to guests at the bar and on the floor
- Pour and serve a rotating lineup of house-brewed beers
- Prepare craft cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages to spec
- Educate guests on beer styles, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Maintain a clean, organized bar and follow all sanitation standards
- Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with opening/closing duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Prior bartending experience preferred (brewery or cocktail bar experience is a big plus)
- Working knowledge of classic cocktails and basic mixology
- Strong interest in craft beer; brewery knowledge is a bonus
- Comfortable talking about flavors, styles, and ingredients
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 21+ and able to lift kegs/cases as needed
Schedule & Details
- Part-time position
- Friday-Sunday days/nights
