Paveco Contracting Inc. is looking for a dependable and hardworking CDL Driver to join our paving and construction team. If you take pride in your work, value safety, and enjoy being part of a team that delivers quality projects throughout the Flathead Valley, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate dump trucks and other commercial vehicles.
- Transport asphalt, gravel, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials.
- Work alongside the paving crew as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL (Class A preferred).
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Previous construction or paving experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work long hours during the busy construction season.
