We're looking for a passionate, collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who enjoys building relationships with families, mentoring clinical staff, and creating individualized treatment plans that truly change lives.

What You'll Do
As a BCBA, you'll serve as the clinical leader for your assigned caseload while partnering closely with families, caregivers, and behavior technicians.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Analyze behavioral data and modify treatment plans based on client progress
- Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs, ABA Therapists, and other clinical staff
- Coach parents and caregivers using Behavioral Skills Training (BST)
- Conduct developmental assessments and prepare progress reports
- Lead monthly treatment team meetings
- Ensure services meet BACB®, Virginia Board of Medicine, insurance, and agency standards
- Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services to ensure excellent clinical outcomes
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) certification
- Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligible for licensure
- Minimum of three years of experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or developmental disabilities
- Experience supervising RBTs, BCaBAs, or ABA therapists
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis, Functional Behavior Assessment, DTT, NET, PECS, and evidence-based interventions

Physical Requirements
This position includes work in homes, clinics, schools, and community settings.
Candidates should be able to:
- Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Observe client behavior and model intervention strategies
- Travel locally between service locations as needed (approximately 25%)
