Yonvi Property Services is looking for experienced handyman and property-maintenance contractors to complete residential, commercial, rental-property, and property-management service requests.
Assignments may include:
- General property repairs
- Door, lock, and hardware repairs
- Drywall patching and minor painting
- Furniture and equipment assembly
- Fixture and appliance installation
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Minor electrical repairs when properly qualified
- Rental-property turnovers
- Preventive maintenance
- Punch-list and inspection-related repairs
Responsibilities
- Review the assignment scope before accepting the job
- Arrive on time with the correct tools and materials
- Communicate any additional work needed before proceeding
- Submit before, progress, and completion photos
- Keep the work area clean and safe
- Provide professional service to customers and property representatives
- Complete assignments according to local requirements and industry standards
Requirements
- Previous handyman, construction, repair, or maintenance experience
- Reliable transportation
- Your own tools and equipment
- Smartphone with internet access
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to provide estimates or material lists when requested
- Proper licensing, certifications, and insurance for regulated work
- Ability to complete assignments independently
Compensation varies by assignment, complexity, location, materials, and approved scope.
