We are currently looking for an Shipping and Receiving Associate in our Miami headquarters.
Since the release of our flagship product, the Recon articulating video borescope, we have experienced explosive growth and success. With over 8 years in development, The Recon is quite possibly the best borescope ever made. We interviewed the top engineers in Aviation, Aerospace, Energy, Power Gen, Manufacturing and several other sectors, to find what they wanted in the perfect borescope. We listened and delivered. Key Responsibilities:
- Shipping and Receiving Orders and Demos
- Inventory Organization and Maintenance
- Logistics Management
- Quality Assurance Management
- Product Inventory Management
- Safety and Compliance
Key Tasks:
- Check-In Demo’s returned Prepare boxes for shipments of sales or demos
- QA New and existing inventory
- Maintain quality control report to keep track of any possible issues
- Prepare boxes for shipments of sales or demos
- Create Shipping labels for all shipments
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of operations and shipping/receiving station
- Create daily reports of inventory movement in and out of the office
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proficiency in Excel or Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Previous experience as shipping clerk, shipping/receiving, logistics coordinator, or related fields
