• Training all new hires
• Assists with all vendors orders.
o Putting away all vendor orders in a timely fashion
o Communicating stocking levels and daily needs
• Conducts weekly cleaning chart
• Owns monthly evaluation inspection
• Follows up on all catering orders
o Managing daily catering timelines and product
• Guest interaction
o Driving a best-in-class experience at the register
o Service Standards. Walk-in or pick-up. 100% accuracy in all orders
• Opening and Closing procedures are followed (open to close, close to open)
• Product Management
o Par levels
o Line back-up
o Stocking for the next shift
• Quality Control
o Daily line checks
