We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the daily operations of our housekeeping department. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure that guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support housekeeping staff in daily operations
- Coordinate room assignments and prioritize cleaning schedules
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and maintaining housekeeping supplies
- Promote efficiency, productivity, and a positive team environment
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and hotel policies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping required
- Minimum of one year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
