Operating across diverse client sites and our facility, you’ll direct complex installations, coordinate multi-phase warehouse systems, and conquer operational challenges on industrial equipment and facility layouts. What You'll Do
- Be the Project Strategist: Take charge of full life-cycle project management, overseeing installations, equipment layouts, and warehouse upgrades from conception to completion.
- Conquer Operational Puzzles: Coordinate logistics, manage field timelines, align resources, resolve site conflicts, and maintain precision execution across all active jobs.
- Build Relationships: Act as the face of Southwest Warehouse Solutions, providing stellar customer service, transparent communication, and expert project recommendations on every account.

What You Bring
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on project management experience specializing in material handling equipment, warehouse automation, or industrial construction.
- The Drive: A clean DMV driving record, a valid driver's license, and a passion for managing projects independently across customer sites and facilities.
- The Right Attitude: A professional executive presence, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to keeping safety first.
- Organizational Readiness: Exceptional multitasking abilities, laser-sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex schedules simultaneously.
