Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifies and resolves complex financial issues as Accounting Key User;
- Performs financial reporting to headquarters (BFC packages CA-L, RM-L, ICR, C) and local management;
- Performs and oversees balance sheet account reconciliation in both US GAAP and IFRS. Set up monthly review with Management; Focal to support SSC and resolve ERP issues concerning AR and overdues , AP and reconciliation with vendors, Fixed Asset supports and analyses payroll postings; Provides financial guidance and recommendations to management, customers and employees;
- Assists with external and internal financial audits and special projects
- Assists with Taxes Template and analysis to Safran US on a quaterly BasisAnalyzes and interprets financial data for the purpose of developing appropriate accounting and financial policies & controls
- Coordinates and reviews basic accounting functions, including Invoices allocation by cost centerDevelops and applies internal controls to achieve accurate and efficient accounting systems
- Ensures compliance with government laws and regulations, policies, and professional standardsDevelops and implements new accounting methods and processes, as well as improvements to automated accounting systems
- Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;Assess and develop the team into a high performance finance function through development, mentoring and leadership. Improve team Knowledge, maturity + accountability.
- Manage a team of two finance professionals.Other duties as required
