Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating dump trucks. This role involves transporting materials to and from construction sites safely and efficiently.
Duties:
- Operate and drive dump trucks to transport materials such as dirt, rocks, sand, gravel, or debris.
- Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment.
- Follow planned routes and schedules for timely deliveries.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns. Report to management any repairs issues
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper maintenance of the dump truck.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws.
Skills:
- Proficient in driving dump trucks.
- Experience with heavy equipment operation.
- Knowledge of regional lanes for efficient transportation.
- Ability to load and unload materials safely.
- Strong understanding of freight transportation procedures.
