Customer Service Representative
Duties:
-Create Purchase Orders
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and empathy
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
Qualifications:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
