Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The position is based in our small warehouse in Maspeth Queens. The job is ideal for someone who can multi task in a fast paced construction environment.
Duties
- Order and maintain inventory of construction materials and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished before shortages occur.
- Coordinate daily deliveries to multiple job sites throughout the New York City area.
- Schedule and communicate with drivers regarding pick ups and deliveries.
- Work with foremen to ensure materials are delivered accurately and on time.
- Receive and organize incoming shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
Qualifications
- MUST be fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience in the facade industry a plus, but not needed
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
