**Developing Acme's Next Generation of Leaders
**The Supervisor in Training (SIT) Program is a competitive leadership development opportunity designed to prepare high-potential employees for future Converting Department Supervisor positions. Participants will receive structured coaching, cross-functional exposure, and hands-on leadership experience while building the technical and people leadership skills necessary to lead a high-performing operation.

**Minimum Eligibility Requirements
**
- Available and willing to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Satisfactory performance and disciplinary record.
- Demonstrated safe work habits and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Powerpoint.

Graduates who successfully complete the program and demonstrate readiness will be considered for future Converting Department Supervisor openings as business needs arise.
