Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Specialist
- Engage our customers proactively to uncover wireless needs through warm, in‑person style conversations about AT&T cell phones and data plans.
- Recommend tailored AT&T solutions by aligning device preferences and data usage with the most suitable wireless options.
- Support account setup by assisting customers with activations, upgrades, and plan changes in a simple, friendly manner.
- Maintain product readiness by keeping AT&T devices and accessories organized, presentable, and easy to explore.
- Drive wireless sales performance through upselling, bundling, and presenting AT&T promotional offers confidently.
- Document customer insights to strengthen sales strategy and improve future sales conversations.
Qualifications of the Wireless Sales Specialist
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Skill in recommending wireless plans based on usage habits and budget.

Pay: $45,298.89 - $54,553.51 per year
