At Sierra Pacific Federal Credit Union, we believe banking should be personal. We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Financial Services Representative who enjoys helping people achieve financial success while actively building relationships throughout our community.
This isn't your typical teller position.
You'll combine exceptional member service with lending, financial solutions, and business development to make a real impact on our members' lives every day.

What You'll Do
As a Financial Services Representative, you'll be one of the first people our members meet and one of the reasons they continue banking with Sierra Pacific.
You'll:
- Build lasting relationships with members by understanding their financial goals.
- Open new accounts and welcome new members to the credit union.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other teller transactions accurately.
- Assist members with consumer loan applications from start to finish.
- Recommend products and services that genuinely improve members' financial well-being.
- Educate members on digital banking tools and convenient services.
- Represent Sierra Pacific at community events, employer groups, and business development opportunities.
- Deliver an exceptional experience whether helping members in person, over the phone, or at community events.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous banking, credit union, or financial services experience preferred
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Consumer lending experience is a plus
- Sales or relationship-building experience is highly desirable
