Bradford Health Services has an exciting opportunity for a person who wants to be a part of the change occurring within the Human Resources Department. Under new leadership we are currently looking for a Full-time Manager, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding to support our growing organization at our Corporate Support Center. The Manager of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding lead the organization’s centralized recruitment and onboarding functions to ensure the strategic attraction, selection, and onboarding of top talent across all regions. This position manages the centralized recruitment team, partners with internal stakeholders on hiring initiatives, and oversees recruitment strategy, executive recruitment, and workforce planning. Additionally, this role supports enterprise wide onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all new hires. The Manager ensures recruitment practices are efficient, cost-effective, compliant, and aligned with the mission of delivering high-quality substance use disorder care.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in human resources management, business development or related discipline preferred

Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR preferred, but not required

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).

Demonstrated success in employer branding and diversity recruitment initiatives.

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across various departments.

Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.

Partner with department leaders to understand workforce requirements and create tailored recruitment plans.

Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees have a positive and productive integration experience.

Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to expand candidate pipelines.

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring and onboarding processes.

Coach and mentor recruitment and onboarding team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Drive employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and qualified candidates.

Continuously evaluate and enhance onboarding programs to improve new hire engagement and retention.
