As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining a high-quality breakfast experience, ensuring all food safety standards are met, and providing outstanding customer service to start our guests’ day on a positive note. Duties
- Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring presentation and quality meet brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation areas following food safety sanitizing procedures
- Restock buffet stations, replenish supplies, and manage food handling with care and efficiency
- Assist guests with their dietary needs, offering friendly service and dietary guidance when needed
- Operate POS systems accurately for guest transactions and handle cash or card payments responsibly
- Follow manual handling protocols to safely lift, carry, and set up food trays, equipment, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety management practices, including proper storage and temperature control of food items
Requirements
- Previous experience in fine dining, restaurant service, catering, or hospitality environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitizing procedures, and food handling practices
- Experience with wine knowledge or beverage service is a plus but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, proactive attitude
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions accurately
- Prior banquet or culinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential
