Responsibilities
- Safely operate a variety of warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, Hi-Lo, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and barcode scanning devices to load, unload, move, and organize inventory.
- Perform order picking using manual methods and order picker equipment to fulfill shipping requirements accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels through proper materials handling, stock rotation, and updating warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Conduct routine equipment repairs or report maintenance needs promptly to ensure optimal operation of forklifts and other machinery.
- Follow strict forklift safety protocols and OSHA standards to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Assist with shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipments against documentation, labeling packages correctly, and preparing items for dispatch.
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing storage areas, managing heavy lifting tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards in production environments.
Experience
- Prior experience operating forklifts (including reach trucks, Hi-Lo, clamp trucks) and other material handling equipment is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations including inventory management systems and barcode scanning for logistics.
- Experience in shipping & receiving procedures along with familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Mechanical knowledge or basic repair skills related to forklifts or heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy loads safely while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Previous roles involving warehouse supervision or leadership experience are advantageous but not required.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and documentation accuracy are essential.

Pay: $25.11 - $30.25 per hour
