Qualifications:

- Eligibility or possession of state licensure as an SLP
- Prior experience in schools or pediatric therapy is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Open to considering candidates seeking CF placements, pending district approval
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and staff
- Maintain thorough, accurate records of student progress and communicate findings to families and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary consultations, and professional development activities
- Serve as a resource on communication disorders for teachers, parents, and other staff
