Responsibilities
· Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans in consultation with chiropractors.
· Perform evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions.
· Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
· Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
· Provide exceptional customer service and patient care.
· Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and standards.· Lead individualized and group rehabilitative exercise sessions for athletes and active adults.
· Develop return‑to‑sport and performance‑oriented programs in collaboration with clinical and performance staff.
Qualifications
· Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
· Current Connecticut PT license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
· Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
