Position Overview:
As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, guiding cars through the tunnel, assisting customers with any issues, and selling memberships. This is a keyholder position requiring leadership, responsibility, and honesty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide vehicles onto the conveyor in the tunnel, ensuring safety and efficiency
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and resolving issues promptly
- Sell memberships and promote our services to customers
- Lead by example, maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Be a reliable keyholder, responsible for opening and closing the facility
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, responsible, and dependable
- Leadership skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work some nights and weekends as required
