Plainfield Care Center is seeking an experienced RN or LPN Unit Manager to oversee nursing care, support staff, and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care. If you’re a compassionate leader who thrives in a team-focused environment, we’d love to meet you!
Supervise and coordinate nursing care on your unit
Support, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Assist with care planning, treatments, and resident/family communication
Promote positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction
Current RN or LPN license in Indiana
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
