Pay Range (Based on Experience)
Day Shift: $18.50-$20.00 per hour (Includes $1.00 Shift Differential)
Current Open Positions (Includes every other weekend and holiday)

Day Shift (6:00AM - 2:00PM) - 56 hours per two week pay period
The Resident Assistant (RA) provides hands-on support to older adults and individuals with disabilities who need daily assistance. This role focuses on helping residents maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in a supportive environment.

Assist residents with daily care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

Support use of walkers, wheelchairs, and other assistive devices

Help with light housekeeping, laundry, phone use, and mail

Provide assistance with meals, including setup, service, and cleanup

Support medication routines and observe/report changes in resident condition

Escort residents to activities, appointments, and outings

Participate in resident activities and encourage engagement

Respond appropriately to emergency situations
