Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in Texas
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet individual student needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy in an onsite school environment
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Manage a caseload determined during the interview process based on school needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing student-centered strategies
