Mental Health organization seeking a full time Associate Professional to work within our Intake Department.
Duties include:

Managing referral calls.

Conducting intake with clients.

Entering information into Electronic Medical Record.

Tracking referrals.

Developing person centered plans.
Qualifications:

A 4-year degree in Human Services

Applicants should be skilled in developing person centered plans and be able to multitask.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

Experience within the Mental Health field preferred.
