General Manager – Lead the Heat at HuHot Mongolian Grill!
HuHot Mongolian Grill is searching for an experienced, high-energy General Manager ready to take full ownership and lead our team to success!
HuHot isn’t just a restaurant — it’s an interactive, create-your-own Asian stir-fry experience where Guests build bold flavors and unforgettable moments. We operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and we’re looking for a driven leader who thrives on results, inspires teams, and delivers excellence every day.
As General Manager, you won’t just run a shift — you’ll run the business. You’ll shape the culture, drive performance, and create an environment where both Guests and team members love to be.
What You’ll Lead:
As the General Manager, you are responsible for overall restaurant performance, including:
- Creating an exceptional Guest experience through genuine hospitality
- Building, coaching, and developing a high-performing leadership team
- Driving sales growth and maximizing profitability
- Managing financial performance, budgets, and cost controls
- Overseeing all restaurant systems, POS, and back-office operations
- Ensuring excellence in food quality, safety, and beverage standards
- Maintaining a fun, positive, and accountable culture
- Leading by example — willing to roll up your sleeves and jump in when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2+ years of restaurant experience
- At least 1+ year of management experience (General Manager experience preferred)
- Proven success leading and supervising teams
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Track record of driving results in a high-volume environment
- Experience with restaurant systems and technology
- Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
- POS and back-office computer proficiency
- High energy, strong multitasking skills, and a positive attitude
- Someone who works hard — and enjoys having fun doing it!
