Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders using standardized tools and clinical observation.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs, incorporating evidence-based therapy techniques.
- Provide direct speech therapy services to pediatric patients, including those in early intervention programs, ensuring age-appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as physicians, occupational therapists, and educators to coordinate care strategies.
- Educate patients and their families on communication strategies, exercises, and techniques to support ongoing progress at home or in school settings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and assessments in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay current with advancements in speech therapy practices by engaging in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Prior experience working with pediatric populations and early intervention programs is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of physiology related to speech and swallowing functions.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology relevant to speech-language pathology.
- Proven ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
- Excellent communication skills for educating patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Pay: $90.00 - $150.00 per hour
