Construction Project Manager
Location: Baltimore, MD area
Salary: $85,000–$120,000 annually

A well-established construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager/Estimator to manage projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and DMV region. Projects include renovations, additions, and new construction for warehouses, offices, educational facilities, marine facilities, and pre-engineered metal buildings. The position combines office-based project administration with regular jobsite involvement and responsibility for projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of construction project management experience, including estimating, or experience in a comparable role.
- Experience managing commercial construction projects, subcontractors, and project financials.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects while collaborating with other Project Managers.
- Proficiency with project management software, scheduling software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pre-engineered metal building systems.
- Experience with federal construction contracts.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Procore, Sage 100 Contractor, and Bluebeam.
- OSHA 30 certification.
