As Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind new business growth and client retention. You'll serve as the agency's go-to contact for prospective clients — quoting, presenting, and closing new policies — while also proactively reviewing our existing book of business to spot coverage gaps and remarket opportunities that keep clients protected and loyal.
This is a production-focused role, so a significant portion of your time will go toward building relationships, winning new business, and growing accounts. That said, the mix shifts throughout the year — there's also substantial focus on remarket activity and retention. On top of that, we're a small, close-knit office, and everyone pitches in where needed. You should be comfortable stepping in to support service work alongside the team when the moment calls for it, and ready to collaborate closely with everyone around you.
