We are hiring Full-Time kitchen team members for the following positions:
Line Cook / Sous Chef / Yakitori Chef
This is an excellent opportunity to join a new restaurant during its soft opening phase and grow with the team from the beginning.
You will work alongside experienced chefs in a professional, hands-on kitchen environment where you can sharpen your skills, develop your culinary technique, and grow as a skilled artisan.
We welcome motivated candidates who are passionate about food, quality, teamwork, and hospitality.
We are also hiring experienced Sous Chefs and Yakitori Chefs, with compensation and responsibilities offered based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Line Cook
A dynamic setting to sharpen technique and sensibility as you grow into a skilled artisan.
- Days Off: 6-8 days/month
- Hours: 11:00am–10:30pm (Break: 2:00pm–3:30pm)
- Responsibilities: Kitchen operations, guest service, ordering/inventory/sanitation
- Salary: From $4,000/month (based on experience)
- Training Period: 30 working days ($19/hour)
Minimum 3 years of experience

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for seasonal dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations to guarantee food safety.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed.
- Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation, ensuring precision and efficiency in food preparation tasks.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols.
Experience
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Previous experience in menu planning or culinary arts is beneficial, showcasing creativity in meal development.
- Excellent cooking skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced
