Radiant Kids Therapy is made up of an amazing team of high-caliber Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists, along with a stellar Administrative Team that keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. We are growing and have openings for additional full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists in San Diego County. We are looking for an OT/PT/SLP who loves kids and families, is energetic, exudes care and kindness and strives to continually learn and grow as a therapist.
We see clients in-home. We receive numerous referrals every month throughout San Diego County; you would be visiting clients in their homes in one of the following areas, closest to where you live:
- Central San Diego area
- Carmel Valley/Sorrento Valley/Mira Mesa and surrounding areas
- Poway/ Rancho Penasquitos and surrounding areas.
- Escondido/ San Marcos and surrounding areas.
- Oceanside/Vista and surrounding areas
- East County area
- South Bay area
We offer flexibility in scheduling, lower caseloads (avg. 24-27 actual client contact hours/week for full-time), minimal paperwork and incredibly rewarding work.
We are currently looking for licensed therapists with the following qualifications:
- CA License (or CF/RPE SLP License)
- Previous clinical experience with kids is preferred
- Available for at least 8 hours/week (part-time), or 35-40 hours/week (full-time)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology; able to learn digital platforms (EMR, Google Drive, etc.)
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Have good physical stamina and mental health
- Enjoy collaborating with families and colleagues, and also enjoy the autonomy an in-home early intervention position provides
- Enjoy working with young kids (most clients are 1-3; we also see up through age 18)
- Ability to communicate clearly and establish rapport with the family

We are also able to accept top-notch CF/RPE Speech-Language Pathologists! We have excellent supervisors on our team and we provide twice the Board-required supervision hours during the first 3 months, followed by extra hours as needed, to make sure you receive the support you need.
Compensation
Licensed SLPs, PTs & OTs: Choose between part-time or building to full-time. Full-Time: choose between two pay structure options (salary or hourly). Hourly positions range from $65-80 per service hour (DOE), whether full-time or part-time. Expected annual income for Full-Time Hourly option: $85,000-105,000+. Base salaries for full-time salaried positions range from $82,000-95,000 (DOE) + generous monthly bonus opportunities. Details and differences between Salary and Hourly options for full-time are shared when you are given an offer.
Specialty salary/rate increases are available for bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency, doctorate, Feeding Specialist certificate and/or Hanen Certification. All positions are W-2 (employee) with excellent benefits.
