The Iris Hotel Cape Cod is a beautifully renovated boutique hotel in Falmouth, and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Overnight Night Auditor to join our hospitality team.

Position Details
- Schedule: Overnight (typically 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM)
- Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
- Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist late-arriving guests with check-in and check-out
- Balance daily financial transactions and complete the night audit
- Prepare reports and reconcile hotel accounts
- Answer phones and respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel during overnight hours
- Perform light housekeeping and lobby upkeep as needed
- Prepare the hotel for the morning shift
- Provide outstanding guest service while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management software
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
