Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems including powertrain, electrical, suspension, and transmission.
- Repair and maintain vehicles by replacing or repairing parts such as engines, transmissions, suspensions, electrical wiring, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
- Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics accurately to troubleshoot complex electrical problems.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and suspension system repairs.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools efficiently to complete repairs with precision and safety.
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines and other specialized vehicle components as needed.
- Ensure all work complies with dealership standards and safety regulations while providing excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and professionally.
Experience
- Proven dealership experience or service technician experience in an automotive repair environment.
- Strong familiarity with automotive diagnostics software and tools used for troubleshooting modern vehicles.
- Hands-on experience with vehicle systems such as powertrains, transmissions, electrical systems, and ADAS technology.
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures including wheel alignment, suspension system repair, and transmission system repair.
- Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately and work with schematics for complex repairs.
- Experience working on GM vehicles or similar makes is preferred but not required.
- Welding skills or experience with auto welding techniques are a plus.

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
