Bachelor of Science in Engineering and at least seven (8) years of previous exposure managing capital projects in the pharmaceutical industry; experienced with RFP process, design firms’ management; experience with manufacturing, packaging processes and equipment, clean rooms design and facilities improvements; proven GMP project delivery experience.

Bilingual: Spanish and English (good communications).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Lead overall project delivery and governance.

Develop and maintain project plan, schedule, budget, risk register and stakeholder communications.

Comprehensive Project Management: Oversee all aspects of projects including planning, implementation, monitoring, completion, and follow-up.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure project activities adhere to domestic and international regulatory requirements and approved guidelines within the area of responsibility.

Resource Planning: Anticipate and communicate resource needs to management and project sponsors.

Issue Resolution: Evaluate project issues and develop effective solutions to achieve scientific, productivity, quality, and client satisfaction objectives.

Technical and Organizational Support: Assist with technical, financial, and organizational challenges by researching issues, providing recommendations, and maintaining document archives.

Risk Management: Identify and anticipate potential schedule delays or changes, analyzing their cost and resource impact.

Decision Support: Implement tools, techniques, and processes to generate information that enables informed decision-making within project teams.

Compliance with Standards: Ensure all project work complies with company practices, policies, and standard operating procedures.
