Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise Retail Store Cashiers, ensuring adherence to customer service standards, corporate policies, and food safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards for all retail operations, including handling, storage, and display of food items.
- Provide training for cashiers on cash handling, customer interaction, food safety, and transaction processes.
- Monitor cashier performance, conducting regular evaluations and providing coaching as needed to achieve service goals.
- Oversee daily cash handling, ensuring accuracy in transactions and secure handling in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with inventory and dispatch teams to maintain store readiness and product availability.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or escalations promptly and professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of cashier stations, maintaining a welcoming and efficient checkout environment.
- Assist in staffing schedules to ensure adequate cashier coverage, minimizing customer wait times.
- Track and report on sales metrics, cash discrepancies, and customer feedback to inform management of store performance.
- Liaise with Human Resources to ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Other tasks as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in a retail supervisory or cashier role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor cash transactions and food safety compliance accurately.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid health certificate from Public Health.
- Preferably ServSafe Certified (Managerial Level)
- Computer literate
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Prolonged periods of walking
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
