DSW Homes is seeking an experienced, reliable, and results-driven Permit Coordinator to join our growing team. This position reports directly to the Program Manager and plays a critical role in ensuring permitting processes and utility coordination are handled efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
- Expedite building permits by working closely with municipalities and utility providers
- Coordinate utility disconnections and reconnections as needed
- Maintain accurate digital and hard-copy permit files
- Scan, file, and organize permitting documentation
- Update and track production schedules to support project timelines
- Provide administrative and project support across the team
- Assist with special projects, working both independently and collaboratively
Qualifications
Required:
- Prior experience in permitting
Preferred:
- Experience in residential construction
- College education
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Adaptable, team-focused mindset with a willingness to learn
