Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County is seeking a compassionate and experienced Manager of Case Management Services to lead a team supporting youth and families involved with Juvenile Probation and Children & Youth Services. In this leadership role, you'll supervise case managers, strengthen partnerships with schools and community agencies, and help ensure youth receive high-quality, individualized services. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and supervise case management staff.
- Oversee referrals, case assignments, and service quality.
- Partner with Juvenile Probation, Children & Youth Services, schools, and community providers.
- Monitor program outcomes, documentation, and compliance.
- Support staff with case planning, crisis intervention, and problem-solving.
- Represent the agency in community meetings and collaborative initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Human Services, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience working with at-risk youth and families.
- Supervisory or program management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of juvenile justice, child welfare, and community resources.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
