Job Title: Line Cook
Job Summary
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food quickly and consistently in a fast-paced sports bar kitchen while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and teamwork during high-volume service.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

Work efficiently on assigned stations during high-volume and game-day rushes

Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency under pressure

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature guidelines

Set up and break down stations properly for each shift

Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked throughout service

Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members

Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as assigned

Report equipment or product issues to management promptly
Qualifications

Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred but not required

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Willingness to learn and follow kitchen procedures
Schedule & Availability

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and major sporting events
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work in a hot, fast-moving kitchen environment
