Job Summary
We’re looking for motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with little to no experience to earn based on effort — your income grows as you sell.
Pay
$15/hour + Commission
Tiered commission structure.
Duties
- Go door-to-door to present AmeriLawn's services to potential clients.
- Understand and communicate pricing, treatment schedules, and service options clearly.
- Schedule appointments, follow up, and close sales
- Track leads and customer information using a company iPad.
Fixed weekday hours — no weekends.
- Work vehicle provided during business hours.
- Company uniforms and all tools you need (iPad, sales materials).
- Paid training — learn our pricing and service structure.
- Unlimited earning potential — your income is in your hands.
Experience
- No sales experience required. Paid 2 week training at base pay.
